One-to-One Consultation
Meeting the client.
Meeting the client and seeing the space is a great way to discover expectations and understand the environment.
Creating a relationship with the client is vital to understanding what is required and bring ideas to reality. However big or small the project we aim to create breath taking spaces with an extra wow factor!
If a survey is not required then zoom meetings can also be arranged.
We will always work around you and your schedule.

Concept Mood Boards
Look & Feel through Imagery.
After meeting with the client and understanding the expectations a concept mood board will be created using imagery to express the design.
Concept mood boards are a fantastic way to give the client an idea of how the designer for-sees the design. Imagery will be gathered for presentation either in person or digitally.

Sample Mood Boards
A Display of Chosen Finishes & Materials.
The designer will research and select suitable finishes which may include (but not limited to) - floor finishes, wall coverings, paint finishes, ceiling finishes, window dressing, furniture fabric, timber type & stain, frame mouldings, joinery finishes, shade fabric, mirror type, cushion fabric & trims.
The finishes will be gathered for presentation either in person or digitally.

Working Drawing Package
Plans to Provide Locational Information & Specifications.
Preparation of working drawing package / technical drawings which will enable the project to be accurately costed and built.
Drawings that may be required (but not limited to): General arrangement plan, Decoration plan, Floor finishes plan, Lighting layout, Furniture / Fixtures layout & specification, Joinery details, Artwork plan, Bric-a-brac / Accessories plan.

Site Survey
Detailed measurements of rooms.
We will use this opportunity to photograph the space and undertake a detailed survey.
This part of the package can take place during the first consultation or at a later date once required services have been decided.

Space Planning
Creating Layouts to Suit Client Brief.
Using computer software to create layouts that best suit the space in accordance with the clients brief.
If the designer feels there are alternative layouts, optional plans will be created to provide the client with a selection of designs.

Procurement & Specification
Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment.
Considerable time is spent on the selection of finishes, materials, furniture, colours, fixtures, lighting, and accessories before furthering this into a concept.

Visualisation
3D Visuals of Proposed Design.
3D Visuals give a life like illustration of how a client's home, restaurant, or office can look based on the developed design and finishes.
